I'd like to thank Funcom for acknowledging this issue in a respectable amount of time. I will not be cancelling my subscription because I am thoroughly pleased with their customer service and reaction to my dilemma.

I apologize for the before picture but it's the only one I have of my character prior to the patch. I don't normally takes pictures of my characters.

The jackasses better not come in here and say they're trying to make it less mature because In the Teen game City of Heroes you can have ginormous boobs. Boob size != maturity level of game.
