Here's a totally trivial suggestion but it would make group rallying much more elegant:

Right click your group bar, select "Rally at Instance" (or something like it), be taken to whatever zone instance the guild leader happens to be in.

This would eliminate the "3 of us are on Instance X so you two come to Instance Y" ... "Crap I went to Instance Z on accident" type of things. And to clarify, I am not talking about people being summoned to a raid-type instance (I think they already have that already) but rather to just get everyone on the same "page" of the server.
