Tiger Mount

As a Free to Play account, if someone wanted to get a Tiger mount (or any fast mount for that matter), would they need to also purchase the advanced riding skill and the Exotic creature handling from the shop? I see no in game options that would allow a F2P player to acquire either.

You would need to purchase the advanced riding in the shop (or with vet tokens if you have enough and were at one time P2P) as well as exotic creature handling.. and probably the mount itself unless it is in your claims, because of the 10 gold restriction.
