New Conan Turbonegro song on Myspace and IGN!

Last month Turbonegro hit the studio in Oslo to record “Destroy All Monsters”, a tribute to fellow apocalypse dude Conan The Barbarian and all other hard working people everywhere.

The song will be released exclusively on the bonus CD included with the soundtrack for Age Of Conan, due out June 30th in Norway and worldwide in August. Also take note that this is Turbo's first recording ever with rookie drummer genius Tomas Dahl. You can stream the entire song on Myspace tonight (June 27th) at 4 PM GMT / 12 noon EDT! Turbonegro Slays Age of Conan

June 27, 2008 - Heavy Metal and barbarians go together like peanut butter and jelly. Just look at any metal cover from the '80s, watch Derek Smalls in This is Spinal Tap or read a selection of metal lyrics. Even the words "heavy metal" dredge up images of armor-laden warriors heading into battle.

Now, one of the heaviest and most Norwegian bands on the planet, Turbonegro, has partnered with videogame-maker Funcom to release a face-melting new track for the upcoming MMORPG Age of Conan. The track, "Destroy All Monsters," will be released exclusively on an extra disc packed in with the swords n' sorcery inspired title. It is the first Turbonegro record to feature the new drummer Tomas Dahl.
