What with my AA points

Hello.

I went back after the break to play. I reach lvl 45 on Free Account. I bought a premium and I realized that I lost time because I did not get 45 AA points for leveling. Do I get it on level 80? Or do I need to create a new character if I want 80 points on 80 lvl? It will be boring starting from the begining on this same character. What a waste of time .
Am I wrong? Btw sry for my english.

no premium at the moment you level up = no AA point.
and you should get 79 when leveling from 1 to 80 while subbed
