Default Heals being block by other healers heals

Do you guys notice that if another healer casts their blues on us and we cause ours it doesn't override the other healers heals, so we have to wait till theirs is over before ours will be cast on us.

Find this really annoying in PvP where if i cast my heal, and a ToS or PoM cast theirs on me and i cast mine as well the ToS or PoMs heal will still be on me and when i go into a fight with 5 secs left on the heal i have to cast mine again. All heals should override each other.

It's been a while since I've checked but this is for the best.

Another priest healing you = full strength blue.

Your own blue on yourself = half strength (can be increased by AAs)

So you want yours to be overridden.

As far as other targets it's the most recent blue that stays on them.

With Healing Spirit from General + AA it will heal for full strength on your own character as well. Not encouraging to feat that of course.

Oh I never really thought of it this way, it can actually backfire like that you're right.

But it's better to have full blue override. It's for the best imo.

I mentioned that couple years ago on TL forums, but no one cared back than.

I know that when another healers blues overrides yours you get the full strength heal. but in PvP when you have another healers heals on you and youre fighting, and you sometimes forget to recast your heal on yourself cause you've already done so but you still had the other healer heals on you, survivability goes down. I just find it annoying though going in a fight when you cast your heal but having anothers on you doesn't override.

Not practical in all situation but if are about to run in and have time to do so, you can right click and remove any blues or greens you have running on you then cast your own.
