The chest piece is not included in this set, the one on the picture comes from a different set which is found in the sanctum of burning souls (PoM / ToS Set, its called "Coronal Jerkin" and is light armor)

As Geirrekr already said, it looks like the tempest of set PvP T1 set, atleast the helmet of this guy. On the picture it looks mostly like some steel / chain armor but ingame the ToS PvP set is made out of leather and silk parts.

Thank you so much for the info!! gonna try to find those crafted items.
But i cant find any good webpage with any info about crafted items yet.

Sadly, there are not many sites where you can look for information about AoC, the best database was yg.com but this website is down for 3 years now, there were almost all items listed.

Nowdays the best site for items is AoC>TV (http://aoc.is-better-than.tv/armory.php) you will find all dungeon dropped armor, weapons and accessories but not crafted items. As I said, the armor is one at level 80, blue (means rarity level is "rare") and player crafted (you can see this at the description, "Crafted by..."). It's one of these non-culture armor sets that still have decent stats can be pretty useful for fresh level 80 characters but they are often very expensive. You should look for specific levels (for example 55-60, 65-70, 75-80... etc.) with the blue rarity and you will find most crafted armor sets as well as these "special" things that need recipies to be crafted (they often have these special looks).

I have the set on one of my characters but I did not used it yet (It's lying around in my bankspace) and don't have this character activated so I can't show you a screenshot, sorry

But, this set looks almost identical with this one: https://cynarablog.wordpress.com/201...rld-drop-sets/ (Go down to the "Vanquisher Set" and look around at this site too, Cynara posted so many about vanity armor and other useful things) just the gold parts are in silver colour and the red pieces have a more deeper red color. The helmet is look completely different, its a recolored version of this one http://static.is-better-than.tv/armo...pangenhelm.jpg (again in red / silver)

I never saw them as an item for players and they are not included in the sets that these NPCs wear (Stoneheart Set + Breastplate of the triumphant).

Correct. However, iirc, on a female toon they have the appearance of white hand bracers.
