Petition: Vanity Weapons

This is a basic petition for vanity weapons, I just think it's cool and relatively easy to program(armor vanity code already exists).

I suppose to entice f2pers even further we could make it for premiums only.

Anyhow, if you would like to see this implemented sign below!
