I did not make it into OB or EA but had a question about optimal merc stealth keyboard configurations and was wondering if anyone had experience using it in AoC.

I was debating binding the custom movement keys on the left hand side to the attack directions instead of movements. Does anyone have any tips on a config or advice on what workes good in the game?

I hear you, 6 months later. Amazing no one answered. Probably because while the keyboard is pretty cool, nearly everyone on AOC, apparently, has this really strong southern accent and has no idea what you are talking about.

I had to modify all the keys. The default stealth ones make no sense.

i use the old merc keyboard no stealth, i found out about teh stealth after i bought the original =(. i have a bad problem when PvP'ing of alt tabbing outta game cause they are so close any ideas on how to stop that? and i don't know about you but i did a complete overhaul of my keyboard binds to fit the game... my ui would make no sense to anyone but me. i still use the red butterfly formovement but my UL, Mid,UR are binded to 7,8,9 and 1 and 4 are bound to LL and LR

even though my movement keys are bound to the butterfly i use my mouse to move mostly now that im getting more into the pvp aspect of the game it's a hell of alot easier to circle strafe when your fingers are not playing twister on the keyboard

also for those who don't know the red butterfly, it's the movement keys on the left side of the keyboard they resemble what i think looks like a butterfly and you can see it here

I use the butterfly for movement and strafing, and the 1-5 for attack direction, and all the others for my main combos...and others for varying things.

I just got it for my bday on the 18th. I am still used to using the asw buttons so I have been using them.

I use the butterfly/mouse for movment/straifing, the 1-6 keys right above it for main comboes, and i use the mouse weel on the G5 mouse for directional attacks (left, right, down), I only have to use one lower attack for any comboes so I have it mapped to one of the two left thumb buttons, so that puts all attacks on my mouse.
