Hope someone can help me...

I am attempting to run the patcher.

The updater successfully scans the files, but when it attempts to import the list of updates it fails with the following message.

"Local update process failed. Click "verify" to resolve.Contact Funcom Customer Service if problem persists. Error code 109."

I have completed the verify process several times. The problem remains.

I have searched all the boards / WWW, but have not seen anything related.

I've even reinstalled the game. Problem persists... Help!
