Reload this Page Screen flashes when I turn, things dissapear

Default Screen flashes when I turn, things dissapear
When I turn in some areas the screen will flash and if I pause on the flash it's some glitchy graphic i.e. wierd sky or water.

Or the ground will dissapear.

Anyone have this going on?

Please someone have any ideas? I've updated drivers, reloaded the game, etc.
