Funcom Anniversary of the King's Crowning - CALLED OFF

People of Hyboria, King Conan, beloved ruler of Aquilonia, celebrates another year of his reign over the Jewel of the West. To honor this event, you all are invited to take part in the small festivities happening in the Tarantia Noble District outside of King Conan's castle tomorrow, Saturday 23rd May starting 3pm EDT.

This would be a perfect moment to use the fireworks which were handed out to all the people of Hyboria this week (use /claim to get this item in your inventory if you haven't already).

Please note:
Due to having this announced the wrong way, players expected the event to be more than it actually was planned to be. The actual idea was to provide players with a possibility to have player run activities in one spot for the anniversary. After having run the event on the EU servers, it was obvious that this was not announced correctly. In additon there were also technical difficulties that lead to the event not running correctly on the servers.
To prevent the same to happen on the US servers, the event will not take place.
We apologize for this and will see to it that we can come up with another event for another occasion instead.
