Post your FPS results with DX10. Name your graphics card and OS. My HD 4850 1Gb had its FPS cut in half under Vista x64. I am only getting 14-18FPS in heavy grass. Yikes.

with Dx9 I was getting 50-60 fps with everything on high in the craziest of situations....tried Dx10 and now i'm getting 6-17 fps...

turned it ALL up, everything on max/ultra
11-13fps

turned it ALL DOWN - all dx10 test settings off or on low
8-9fps

dx10 needs some tweaking

i tried turning godrays off, adjusting ultra shadows 1 by 1.. didnt get over 15fps.. i should be able to get more then that on my system

I understand that this is meant for top of the line GPU's, so I'm just throwing this out.

Intel(R) Core 2 Duo CPU E6550 @2.33GHZ
4GB RAM
Vista 32 bit
NVIDIA GT 8600

With DX 9 using 3x shader and the vast majority of video settings around 70%, I would get a flat 30 FPS unless I was grouping up to do a dungeon.

With DX 10 and everything clicked on, running around Purple Lotus Swamp I'm getting 6-10 FPS. Makes total sense considering how much it's pushing that GPU.

Stuff looks so pretty though. =D
