I am having 50+ latency on a good and solo play session up to 100-200 in khitai and 50-500 in pvp now (nothing beats waking up dead as soon as an enemy sees you and you get ccd, instadamaged and kited while being able to do...nothing

So actually pvp IS already unplayable (or 95% luck) for me). So i will go as far to think any change they do MIGHT also work for the better (assuming something gets fixed on the way or gets better by a new physical server location (a server in europe will do no good, if connected badly either)).
I am not a network technician, but if one side has 50 ms and the other side has 200 ms, isn't it partly a question on how you program/define the "average" time of the server?
Physical location and connection is just one thing influencing latency i think though...and IF the software or provider and server structure gets upgraded, it might not turn out a desaster (most annoying things to me atm are the lagspikes and freezes).
