Dear Crom,

18 petitions have come and gone, one for each patch, but my boob is still branded with the Mark of Acheron.

Times are rough now in Cimmeria. I am a poor Aquilonian working girl, and my HMO refuses to cover any more breast surgeries

Please Crom, grant me this one thing .... and if you don't give me that, then to hell with you!!!

Seriously tho, please fix my boob FunCom.

I ground practically around the clock, starting in EA, my main grind motivator was to reach 60 and get rid of that yucky splotch! (Ask anyone who knew me then)

Now, because they fixed the Destiny quest after the first few weeks, the vets who rushed to 60 are all screwed. And not in a good way either.


There are only three times my mark of Acheron doesn't show up:

1. Right after it was removed, at Crom's rock, I enjoyed 10 minutes of blissful perfection. I relogged, and the mark was back.
   
   
2. When I go skinny dipping from the docks in OT, the waters of the river cleanse me, as long as I stay submerged. Above the waterline, my affliction reappears.
   
   
3. In my character selection screen, the mark is invisible. Too bad only I can see that.

What a waste of an otherwise perfectly good breast!

I know many of my male friends would like to have theirs fixed as well.

I think even men deserve the right to choose what to put on their breasts, no matter how small and insignificant their equipment may be


I will update this thread later with screenies, but I wanted to get my New Years Resolution in before midnight, just in case Crom was feeling generous.

When I heard the mark was not removed I decided to wait until they fixed it to go through with the quest. I was about lvl 76 by the time they did. I'm glad I waited though, I don't have that ugly damn mark on my beautiful manly chest. Hopefully they'll get rid of that thing for those of you who did the quest early on.

You know Asph I don't remember seeing a mark on you the last time we ran into each other. I could be mistaken though, also maybe Mitra would be more forgiving and remove the mark for you? Crom might like it.

Only a very small handful of people on my server still bare the mark

By the way what time period was the clitch that caused this? I think it was only there between weeks 3-5 of release..

Mine was end of the second week, about 12 days after launch.

The news hadn't gotten out about the bug yet.

I don't want mine removed now. Only my first toon has it and even though he is a DT and doesn't get much use anymore its like a veteran badge to me.
