I can understand this point if the servers in question are all of the same ruleset, but forcing the only other RP-PVP server into a straight PVP server, and not offering them the SAME refund you're giving guilds loosing their BKs is RIDICULOUS. How HARD is it to have the guild leader petition the GM, state "My guild wishes to transfer over to *server name*", have the guild leader invite the person to get a consencus FROM the guild, and then scrap the city and giving the resources to the GL to use when he transfers his character over? Ridiculous

Funcom should do what they're doing with the merges and sending petitions. Let the RP guilds of Hyperborea transfer their chars to Cimmeria, and have the guild leaders petition for resources. Then it's just a matter of taking over other battekeeps to earn a spot for your own BK.
