It all comes down to how many and which mini bosses you kill.

Sky pierce every 1min, starting 30sec after pull.
Cyclone every 35sec, starting 20sec after pull.
Targetted strikes every every 20-25sec, staring 25 sec after pull.
Trailing strikes every 45sec, 1st 45 sec after pull.

Kitting or parts when abilities comes one after other like with all bosses makes timers go to hell.

What is most important.
1st Sky pierce 5sec after Targetted and Cyclone combo.
Trailing right away after 2nd Targetted strikes.
Cyclone and Trailing combo right away after 2nd sky pierce.
Trailing 5sec before 3rd sky pierce.
Trailing 15sec before 4th sky pierce.
Boss should be dead by now.

the boss won't cast spells or do its abilities while its being kited.
