I've got testlive uninstalled atm and I'm hella broke on live but has anyone tested it recently? I know after the revamp it was completely broken and didn't affect the proc rate one bit.

It gives an average 20%-30% faster proc rate, which actually adds up pretty quickly.

When fully feated atrocity is fully feated with arcane marauder (sorry spelling), blood rage stacks FAST. Prior to these two working together it was too slow to proc.

Seriously tho, 20 vs 15 procs after a min. Home many fights you get in lasting longer than a minute? For raiding I guess it would pay off more, but even fights I have vs tanks I doubt many of my pvp encounters go much longer than a minute.

It really looks like personal prefrance - but hey I wast points on lethality and swarm fighter so what do I know.

Your argument against it is the exact same reason it's good. Most pvp encounters (at least solo) don't take very long. During that time, the more blood rage stacks and the faster it stacks, the more defense/healing you have. Going from 15ppm to 20ppm is a 25% increase and nothing to look past imo. On average considering the increase in proc rate, you will reach 15x in about the same amount of time with atrocity fully feated as you would reach 11-12x without it feated.
