I would say that steadfastness of jovus is more defensive than the amulet of the asshuri (due to the evades), but that amulet is significantly better if you want to hold aggro due to the damage boosts

bum bum bummmm! That is correct but we are testing other theory's to see if we can get it to drop 100% of the time.

Interesting, I was told that doing the "hard mode" makes the boss drop epics consistently.

Then he/she lied to you. As we have killed the boss in hard mode over a dozen times with only one epic drop. . and 0 salt quests so far. I also know UBL can attest to that as well, they have probably cleared it more than that in hard mode and only recieved a few salt quests and no epic jewelry.

When you guys did the "hard mode", did you guys get any loot thats different than what typically drops in IT besides the epics? Or is it the same loot from the other bosses in the instance.

my guess is that they all share the same loot table.
