I just insta-leveled a guardian to 80. Got all my abilities and combos set up, went to attack a mob but nothing would happen when I clicked a combo that made use of a Lower left or Lower right attack. I do not have the LL or LR arrows on my hotbar (I've never had LL/LR arrows on my hotbar on any toon I've ever played and they all work perfectly fine). I put them on the hotbar just to test it out and it still didn't work. I did notice that while the LL/LR arrows were on my Hotbar they didn't show a "Q" or "E" on them like the upper combos arrows do. Under "Controls" Action Buttons 11 and 13 are assigned to Q and E respectively.
I use King's UI (and again, ALL my other toons work perfectly fine).
Anyone have any suggestions?

Here is one. Delete your character and level it up normally without offline levels and XP potions. Join some of the low-level instances for fun!
- Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
- remove membership bonuses;
- disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
- remove WBs forever on Crom;
- slow down the AA gain;
- lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
- remove AoE looting;
- add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
- fix the 250+ms ping;
- take the key away from Saddur;
- revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
- remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

I've leveled over a dozen characters from start to finish. Not about to do it again, especially with a guardian.
If you don't have anything constructive to add, don't add anything at all.
