The update yesterday took care of several server crashes and also addressed an issue with re-joining PvP minigames. It also fixed memory leaks that resulted in the Community Server not performing properly. We are aware that not all the issues related to the Community Server have been resolved yet so it is currently still monitored closely and developers are investigating further tweaks and improvements.

There are some additional topics our developers and tech department are looking into. This includes the reports on the trader sometimes not showing items, sporadic authentication issues and latency spikes from client connections to the servers. Investigating the connection issues is always a bit tricky cause it also includes being in contact with several external companies and partners to find out where exactly the source of these issues is located. We expect to have more information and results on this sometime next week and will then of course also post an update on the status.

As mentioned end of last year, paid services like character re-naming and character transfer had been disabled to apply needed changes. These will be done and tested very soon and the services should again be available today or early next week.
