For Age of Conan, that CPU will easily be fast enough.
Keep in mind that it is faster than *any* CPU that was available when AoC was first released.
Just keep in mind that for the best experience you also need a fairly powerful graphics card, and "enough" RAM.
( 4GB RAM should be enough as long as you don't run a lot of other stuff in the background.)
