    Just any player customizeable content will do...

    It can be player housing, headhunter quests, arenas with customizeable rules (though not fitting the setting), guild management with options to expand and customize the city, more decoration spots etc. etc.

    Just don't mess with the existing atmosphere, setting and map too much. All the resource zones are nice as they are already.

    Offer repeatable quests and more options such as events players can do in guild cities, or pve attacks on cities as was announced a while back, this would work if it was not ridiculously large and scaled by how many players are in the city and only occur if at least one player is in a fully developed tier one city at least and the city troops could aid the players so the battles could be scaled up slightly larger than one player could usually handle if they are alone.

    Allow construction of arenas to hold events such as pvp sparing, which could perhaps give you half pvp points or something as motivation to do it and a easy way even lower level players could enjoy some aspects of pvp play. They could also allow races in the arenas or fights against various animals that you could perhaps earn the right to fight against from quests that could then be added to the arena opponent list.

    There could be added more crafting skills, as 2 of 6 is pretty slim pickings and very quickly means players can run at odds with each other a bit since a guild could have over 300 of each craft as members. If there were more trade crafts, this could be spread out more. The same could be said of gathering skills too, if there were say 18 available instead of 6 but you can only pick six, that would open up more variety. They could even offer say 3 lower level gather skills that would go away after you moved up in level since they would no longer be necessary.

    Player housing would be nice too, at least 2 other games have more than successfully done this in mmorpgs and done them fairly well, so why should AOC not be likewise able to do it?

    There are many more ways that Funcom could improve the resource maps of AOC. This is just a sampling. Also there are already hints of most the ideas I posted as ideas or suggestions anywhere on this forum in the game now, which hints it is possible to adapt them to players.

    so far as what players can do as guild members, dueling or a dueling arena within the guild city, allowing guild members to fight each other at lvl 20 would be fabulous

    you already get a hideout with a dueling arena under your keep at certain guild city renown level
