Cul Cheiftan Quest Bug

Cul's Field of Dead quest "What's in the Vanir Chest?", is bugged by not being able to interact with the chest. Using Fire trap on the two guards who materialize, not sure if that triggers the Bug.

We ran a group of five toons, all with the quest, through Epic. We all experienced the same bug. You can target the chest, but it won't trigger or update the quest.
