I have had this problem twice now... I was able to connect and play normally yesterday but this afternoon the patcher is stalling and telling me that it's Unable to Complete the Patching Process... Stalling at 1/4 files scanned...
I've looked for a fix for this and have submitted a service titcket but no help from customer support. Any ideas from anyone else experiencing this issue>

Uuse aoc quick start and skip the patcher all together. google it

same for me. After red lag in T 3.5 i closed AOC, restart and patching download blocked

Same here, was long long time since i had this issue but as of now. I cant start the game normally cos it wont connect to the server to patch (tho i have the latest patch). Using quick start to skip this gets me stuck at loging screen with failed to authenticate. Also both support and aoc official site wont load...
