updated the op with another item. I plan to bring the notes up to speed over the next 20 minutes. Got a slow start this morning and I am doing this from my office at work so lol.

* aparantly Increased prices on food/drinks from merchants.

Funcom needs to find out whoever designed the Trader, and yank him from whatever project he's currently working on until he manages to perfect the trader. The trader is too big of a part of the game to neglect, although I can't say that the arrangement of Funcom's priorities have been anything but misaligned.

They also need to take a moment to revisit the Gemcutting profession. The implementation of that profession is nothing short of terrible. Note: That was an understatement.

And no word on whether or not they fixed the admitted bug in the scaling of the epic mobs. The fact that the Mark of Acheron doesn't get removed on characters that have already done the quest isn't good news, either.

Thursday is the last update that'll happen before my subscription begins. However, my patience is beginning to wear thin with all of the things that Funcom breaks and doesn't bother to fix (Traders, Grouping with Epics, the Out of Memory Error, etc.). At the rate things are going, I think I'll have to give the game a month or two to shape up before I decide to subscribe.

seriously I hope that this patch goes better, after the last one I have major crash to desktop issues and memory leaks. even more so then before. game was great at release but every patch it gets a little worse

Possible Bugs/issues- Need comfirmation
* Stats seem to only barely be affecting damage output, and appear still broken in other areas, mostly defensive characteristics of the stats are not being applied.
* Necros have had their feat trees rearranged in both Nightfall and Reanimation to quite some degree.
