Not sure, one of them is energized yeti bile which is also a recipe that is a quest reward- I believe the rest are drops ill double-check tonight.

Just to be clear it goes -> get the salt on an alchemist -> hand it in at the cook -> do the quest ? -> get the ironswill recipe -> farm for that energized yeti bile -> make awesome pots ?

Yeah, I'm still a bit confused myself. A couple days ago they were saying all you get for the salt is a lousy 50 silver...
