VS stun, fear, snare, root but not KB (thank god...)

Hyall, those runes are introduced to increase the imbalance between PVP (and maybe PVE) players, and I would not like to promote that and keep them in my inventory.
Also the topic was about a PVP player caring about PVE runes given for achievements (a feature that should be only cosmetic in my opinion).

- Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
- remove membership bonuses;
- disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
- remove WBs forever on Crom;
- slow down the AA gain;
- lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
- remove AoE looting;
- add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
- fix the 250+ms ping;
- take the key away from Saddur;
- revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
- remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.
But it's much stronger than BK buffs and stacks with them...
If I had it on my guard right now I'd have (outside of minis) 39% stun resist, 29% fear resist etc...

Resisting cc's was a fail from start. It should decrease the time you're feared, snared or stunned. And for kb it's always been the one cc that cant be changed
