I still remember people just casting aside their pretentious gear/rare elitest farms and playing random things like the guild-city games like the ice-tag and box hunt, or riding mounts on the racetrack naked when that came out. Those people still exist though. I've run with a few guilds that were happy to RPish their way through 6mans. People who dont care about that aspect usually find something to do during the 'down-time' =P
It's a pity Jawn took down his post-card video's, too. Not sure why I never simply downloaded those for posterity.

Jawn recorded the individual regions by himself, and grouped for the dungeons and raids showcasing all the sexy visuals (boss fights or the blood-falls in Sanctum for eg) while he stood to the side and recorded it. He cut each zone or instance togethor and utilised the in-game music (he had the special version with Knut's music) and uploaded it to YouTube. I think he even got himself an interview with FC.
They weren't meant as high-end high energy mass-media xtreme ePeen type adverts, but simply showcasing the game in action and what you could expect to see in game as a player. Hopefully not one standing still and to the side, though!
I've noticed over the last year or two, that the forums don't post down times until after the game comes back up most of the time.
It would be nice if someone would post 'servers are down for ......' when the servers go down then again 'servers are up....' when they are up again.

Corrected for you. AoC is non-pc
Saw it's also up on AoC twitter. Maybe also upload it to AoC's facebook page, and Funcom's facebook page if that's not reserved for Lego stuff?
Oh, and thanks, it's nice to see community videos getting some recognition. (In my view, Henryx's class trailer should be among the top choices for future posts!)
