So how do I get there if TL character copy is broken?
I have tried it like 4 times last week with no success :P

Gearing Up:
The Fate NPC is able to level your character to 80, provide unlimited AA points (in batches of 2000) select mounts and teleportation to Khopsheff Province.
The Raidmaster NPC is now able to provide T4 PvE gear, accessories and weapons along with new versions of PvP T3 gear, accessories and weapons. This NPC can also provide a coffer of nullity, khitai combo/spell books and crafted potions and food.
These NPCs will be present outside Tortage City, in the Test Lobby and also in Bubshur.

Yeah there are known issues which are being looked at regarding the Character Copy feature, its only working sporadically at the moment.

My recommendation is to make a new character on the Testlive servers, the NPCs located at Tortage City, The Test Lobby and on the day Bubshur will be able to provide you with almost everything you might want.
