Monday they should respond. The error is probably with your payment type if you just added a new option or card. Happened to me and I sent them a copy of my ID and CC and it was fixed same day.
The billing team only works M-F so weekend nothing gets done with billing issues over the weekend.

Submitting a ticket is the best way to get in touch with CS. Hopefully you will have a response soon, but I'll close this as we can't help with account issues on the forums.
