Getting new forum password plus dev tracker

So now if you check dev tracker, its got a cooldown if you checked new posts within 15 seconds. Is that new?

And the only way to change your forum password is from My Account page?

Seems strange to not allow a password change from your forum login

The cooldown must be a vBulletin update. As for the password reset, it's probably because forum accounts are generated only when a game account is created.
