Default A Worthy Companion - After 34% Den Mother Not Reappearing

Hail, after the Den Mother's health drops to around 34% she does not reappear to finish the quest. Several times I waited 15 minutes, placed more bamboo in the mound, left the instance to freshly start again, and re-logged into the game, but always have the same result. Any suggestions on getting the Tigress to reappear after her health significantly drops?

Did you try to hit the cubs?

Wolfbone nods in understanding, "Aye, cub discipline indeed forced the Tigress out of stealth and onto her death. Your wisdom is appreciated."

What the hell, Anzu? Why would you say that?! This is a murderous and cruel quest that should be removed from the journal and never touched again!

Do not hurt the mother. Do not steal one of her children to let the others die. Tame a wolf instead.

Aye, the great tiger is a loyal and mighty beast indeed, and a decision lies before me now. To maintain it as my combat companion, or burden it with a saddle to ride in stealth?

Anyone know if the combat tiger's hit rating is over +30, and if the critical damage is over +150, or if it has other traits as a companion besides stealthing in sync with me?

All the fighting pets have very low dps. Most useful for social or to pull adds. Some of pets give buffs or do silences: I use the rocknose one for the silence.

Oh, and the tiger mount has a nice hide feature
