Sadly this measure worked only, when there were enough players signing up for minis to ensure the "randomness". This is long not the case anymore...and players found ways to abuse the semi random system as well. It would not be as bad, if the tournament queue would allow rejoining or there would be a third queue similar to the old system to let players choose.
