Who in their right mind would give FC their money up front for a game at this point? Given their track record you might as well literally put your money in your fireplace and set it on fire instead. AoC has been out nearly a decade and half the features on the box cover still aren't in game or working properly.

You better hope this game is the most bug free game that they've ever released cause if their MMO's can't get any bug fix love with monthly subscriptions rolling in, then god help you in a game that you only pay for once.

Wow, it's a pen and paper RPG. That's even more ridiculous. GURPS Conan has been on the market for a good 20+ years now and there's no better P&P system than GURPS. I guess it was a wheel that needed reinventing.

Gurps Conan only has one problem: It is without the license to keep publishing new stuff officially. This looks like a remake of the older (than gurps conan) and discontinued d20 Conan pen and paper game (which had a different gameplay and tone than gurps conan, of course with pen and paper these differences can vary alot or get compensated depending on gms and players).

If such a new game brings more adventures and ideas, it can not hurt. You can translate everything into GURPS Conan anyway

Not everyone likes the GURPS system, or even think it is a good system. Few think it is the best p&p system available.
