Where is the customer service!?

Hi i've been trying to get in touch with customer service for 24 hours, i've made petitions ingame, i've sent several emails but no answer!

All i want is to get my character that i accidently deleted back and im willing to become a premium member again.

Or do i have to become a premium member first to get any support at all?
