Help Please!

Since the October 15th restart I keep getting a popup box with the error below and have to re-install the game. I get to play a couple of times and then crash here comes the error. I have tried everything from the repair function to switching to different computers and the result is the same. The client crashes, I get the error and have to re-install. What is going on? Haven't been able to play that much and that's truly unacceptable since I'm a subscriber. Please help!

Delete your account settings in this folder (make a backup of course):

c:\users"username"\appdata\local\funcom\conan\pref s

Some of the folders are hidden.
