Hello. I found huge problem. Three days ago I bought 1 month sub. I could play normally khitai dungeons, t3 raid, I had access to Dragon Spine etc. Generaly everything was unlocked. But today when I log on, I could unlock only 3 characters. I was like WAT? I logged on and khitai areas were locked. I become f2p member. So guys any solution? I petitioned already but somehow I have to wait 24h... Maybe you can help me faster.

For accountrelated issues usually the live chat reachable from the accountpage is best. Can't hurt to look there, if something was rebooked or went wrong with the payment there too.

I had a similar issue. Live Chat was able to clear up the issue; which is often a card problem. Likely, something was fat-fingered with payment info that needs to be reviewed.
