HIgh ping 4.8k issue

For last 2-3 days I have instant high ping when logging to AoC: login -> 100 ms after a 2-3 secs jump to 4.8k.

All network setups look ok. Downloading is at full speed, ping outside servers 23-35 ms. Anyone encountered sth like that or can help?

Check for the bad windows updates. KB2670838, KB2484033, KB2488113, KB2506928, KB2511250, KB2522422, KB2545698, KB2547666, KB2786081 and KB2799926.

If you have network management software, like Killer 2000 installed or something like it, disable or uninstall it and try again.
