    T3 Guard set has 124 hit rating, T3 Black Dragon has 115 hit rating. That's pretty bad hit rating for T4.

    I never had trouble with that in T4 with my full T3 Guardian.
    • Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
    • remove membership bonuses;
    • disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
    • remove WBs forever on Crom;
    • slow down the AA gain;
    • lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
    • remove AoE looting;
    • add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
    • fix the 250+ms ping;
    • take the key away from Saddur;
    • revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
    • remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

    Nowadays all the cool kids just do khitai stuff, especially on tanks since the LL prot gear is good, plus BB ring+t3, and t3 cape/necklace, ibis etc. makes for excellent protection, whereas before it would have had to be done in crafted/culture gear.

    Khitai is much quicker, and gets you set up for t4, if you're confused on gear check out aoc.is-better-than.tv/armory.php and use their armor builder.

    With AA and full "adapted" gear i reach slightly above 15% hit. At the same time my blue geared toons has atleast 20%. My sin and hox has above 25% hit. Wtf

    Because you can really aggroswitch naked vs a t4 full critt tali dt.
