AOC Ui Installer 3.1.0 not working for me :(

Would it be possible to install AOC Ui installer on a different computer (without AoC), then install the ui of my choice into an empty folder there and then copy to this computer? or is the game required in order for the ui installer to work?

Well, in my opinion, it would be simpler to explore the zip file and choose the xmls you want.

Better yet, tell me what UI you want, and give me your preferences (2 rows, 3 rows etc). I'll upload the customized file you need so that you get your UI without AoCUI installer.

Bar size: Normal2 Type1 (should be the 3 rows one with the map to the upper right)
Font type: Kroftsmann

The rest: default

yes, and also reinstalled many times + tested without antivirus
