Quest - Nobles of Tarantia

I need to do the quest "Nobles of Tarantia" to complete all Khemi missions.
Should I bring a barrel of wine for "Catus" somewhere in the noble district of Tarantia.
Went to all the places in the area (in normal and epic mode) and not found the NPC Catus. Searched the Wiki AOC and found that he should be at these coordinates:
776.6 to 1079.2
Ok! I went to this coordinated and there is nothing there!
can anyone help me?

Go to the wine merchant in the souk in Khemi. He's just to the left as you start in from the end by the portal to Old Tarantia. He will give you a quest to get some rhino horns in Khopshef, then the chain will progress.
