Looking for a new guild

I have multiple geared toons. I am experienced in all raids, except for T3.5 and T5.
Highly experienced in general, always know what i'm doing and I never have trouble listening to orders.
I'm just looking for a competent guild that is farming T3, T4 and doing T5 (non-dkp proffered). I also want a guild that also does a lot of 6mans. I am fed up with fail pug 6mans.
My favorite classes to play are my DT, Sin and Guard. I do also have a Demo, Necro, Barb, ToS, Conq. They're all full epic khitai.
Anyway, hope I can find a new home. My current guild is dead and cannot even fill their own T5's.

I'm not blaming them for anything. I just want a new guild.

Its not about what the guild does for you, its about what you can do for the guild.

If everyone was like you all the guilds would be dead. I sure don't want you in my guild with that approach.

He was probably just frustrated to keep logging on and find that the guild is not functioning. I do believe that you should not have to stay in a guild that is not raiding, there is only so much a player can do for a guild like that. A guild has to offer a player content appropriate to the level of play that they are at or they will and should leave so they can continue to have fun and progress. Should a player stay in a T1/T2 guild forever because of loyalty to guild?
