Instant Level 80 Question

I have a stable of characters - and a stock of offline levels, but couldn't help but remember the trouble I had at level 50 with scaled destiny quests. If you buy the instant level 80 character - what happens with the destiny quests? Do you start out capped, or do you need to go back and run all of them?

If you don't have to go do them (as in they are already done, you're level 80 and can go see Conan), then what happens? Do you get the 'bonuses' - or do they just go away?

You have to go do them, but with aa and level 80 gear its not hard.
