Atm, it's the most boring parts of EVE (hauling/ratting in belts) in a near empty universe. But you can dogfight. Nothing to make me leave EVE.

I'm 'new' to EVE (only 3 years), and I don't play Elite Dangerous: that description was made by one of my corpmates (he still spend 2-4h each day on that game though).
As for lowsec, unless you're planning to do some Caldari/Gallente FW, it's quite dead. Originally Posted by Angellis

Know someone that's playing it and really liking it a lot. Short version, his, not mine, is that if you're a Privateer/Freelancer fan you'll probably like it.
Was looking at some videos of it myself and came across this mod called Astra that lets you give voice commands to your ship. Seems pretty neat to me even though my interest in space games hovers somewhere around zero.
