I don't understand what people wanting to kill and people wanting to capture flags has to do with any of this?

Any game you play, you will always find players with different views and mindsets in PUG made games.

The purpose of the thread was to create a pure pvp client only with a market store attached to it and statistics and ladders. In the end, the game is always about capture the flag and Funcom can easily remedy that by a simple few changes in making players purely go for the flag by removing the kills off the chart to begin with and rewarding players huge coin per flag capture + win with market points and so fourth.

The problem with Funcom is, they act like things are free 2 play, but they do a TERRIBLE job at delivering it. It's more like "Free 2 Trial" and people just rage quit after they see how brutal the grind is and choose not to pay for anything. They just suck at marketing and that's really what it boils down to
