Always when, i assume PoM, ToS or HoX does certain spells i get heavy stuttering (as long as spells are active, then stutter disappears) my CPU load jumps to 100% and stays there.
There seems to be created "client shadow" on background which remains active (50% CPU) even when game is closed, so i need to force close "half of the AoC" always from task manager after i quit the game. They remain in same process tree so it can't be shut down while game is active.

It is not the spell particle shader cache saving stutter, this problem is eliminated with SSD

    i7 4770k 4,6 Ghz OC
    GTX 680
    16 GB RAM 2,333
    Win 7 64bit
    SSD

    Windows updates removed: KB2670838, KB2484033, KB2488113, KB2506928, KB2511250, KB2522422, KB2545698, KB2547666, KB2786081 and KB2799926
    AoC files verified.

/common troubleshooting answers for people who are 100% gonna say these (Which are btw wrong steps in most cases, in fact they hardly improve game problems but the Windows responsiveness).
    - Registry maintained daily
    - Hidden/trash files maintained daily
    - Drivers updated to the latest
    - No porn download at background, except japanese cartoon porn
    - 200mb cable connection

So tech freaks (bigger ones than me), share your solutions.
If your power options is set to balanced try switching to high performance

Tested without the overclocking. No help.
