Don't expect it until a couple of days or more. Bylos has explained multiple times that the GD letter doesn't have a strict deadline that it will adhere to every month, so there's no reason to complain the first day of every month about it.

I am willing to bet the letter got stuck at translation-peeps. It will be out by 5th.

The letter will come when it is ready to be published.
