As I said over in the TSW forums as well (and will probably have to do in the AO forums, now that I think about it):
It was an internal update to help our people do things and stuff.

sin, I thought a nice surprise to update, type the new crafting system, or transfers gratuici for our brothers pvper by rage, or some other update type mini pug delete!
hope Funcom do these things in the next update!
