You are right. Precise figures are as follows:

Blessing of Ashur II = +150 armor penetration, +105 spell penetration, -800 PvP combat rating, -100 PvP magical damage.

Maybe it drops from Ethram.
How ridiculous is the drop chance in T6. Almost always the same loot from each boss.

Yes I saw this. I just excpeted a little bit more than this. Poor FC. They had not enough money to craft two more weapons for priests. What a shame.
